My Lucky Glow ("we", "us", "our") operates myluckyglow.com. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
Most of the site — the compatibility pages, calculators and moon phase tool — works without collecting anything about you. Those calculations happen in your browser.
The free birth chart calculator works this way too: your chart is calculated in your browser and shown to you without us keeping anything. It offers you the option of giving your email so we can send the chart to you. That is entirely optional — the chart is identical either way. If you do give it, we store your email, your name if provided, your birth date, time and city, and your resulting sign placements, so we can email you the chart and give you a permanent link back to it.
When you ask Akari for a reading, we collect and store what you enter:
We keep these so we can send your reading, let you return to it later at your private link, avoid asking you for the same details twice, and — if you buy a reading — so Akari can refer back to what you have asked before.
We do not sell your information. We use the following services to run the site, and they process your data on our behalf:
Indefinitely, until you ask us to delete it. We keep your reading so that your private link keeps working and so that readings you have paid for do not disappear. If you would rather we did not, see below — we will remove it.
Email [email protected] from the address you used, and we will delete your reading, your birth details, your question and your email from our records and from our mailing list. You do not need to give a reason. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link, which removes you from the mailing list but does not by itself delete your stored reading.
Links we email you — your saved chart, and any readings you purchase — contain a long random code and are not indexed by search engines. Anyone who has the link can view that page, so treat those emails as private and take care when forwarding them.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense uses cookies to show ads based on your browsing across other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings or at aboutads.info.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited and how people arrive. We do not send your name, email, birth details or your question to Google Analytics.
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
